Happy Yankee Elimination Day!!!
And all throughout the length and breadth of the land, there was much, much rejoicing.
UPDATE: A-Rod cried after the game. Oh dear sweet Jesus, this just keeps getting better and better.
UPDATE II: The Yankees announcer cried ON THE AIR after the game. I have actually died and am now in heaven. That’s the only plausible explanation for a day so incredibly perfect.
