Since I’m On a Conspiracy Kick This Week Anyway…

Leading up to last night’s primary, every poll showed Barack Obama leading by a wide margin.
And then Clinton, seemingly miraculously, pulled off a win.
Today, the media is rife with theories to explain this shocking discrepancy: everything from the polls being “too slow” or “too premature” to accurately track the magical, late Clinton surge, to the sudden appearance of a heretofore unknown demographic known as “women,” to big meanies Obama and Edwards ganging up on her at the debate, to Obama drinking too much wine and not enough beer, to a backlash against the media itself.
Of course, there is another theory.
